Thoughts Become Things


Attitude plays a big part in life. I always believe in what you put in comes out and thoughts become things.

I created ShyFit not just for fitness but also for a lifestyle. Here are 5 key things that I do to help me get through the week.

1. Meditation

The first thing in the morning when I wake up is to be thankful for another day.  I visualize how I would  like my day to go and stay focused on my daily goals.

2. Positive Thoughts

It’s very easy to become negative especially if you have the wrong people around you. Always say to yourself positive messages. I am beautiful. I am talented etc. Your mind is your biggest obstacle if you focus on positive thinking it will be essential to your success.

3. Stay Focused

Life is a gift and stay focused! Let self love be the reason you want to make changes in your life. Fitness is mind, body, and soul. Figure out what’s really important to you. It’s all about your inner beauty that will reflect through your outer beauty.

4. Daily Goals

Commit to consistency of small changes. Rome wasn’t built in a day but it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Patients is a virtue. The more you practice change it will become easier. 

5. Picture Your Success

My favorite thing to do is when I’m trying to accomplish my ideal weight I find a pic of what I would like to look like. Then I close my eyes and I imagine myself becoming that image.  I truly believe what you visualize is what you become.
